摘要
以α-烯烃磺酸钠(AOS)和磷酸酯两性有机硅(PPSS)为表面活性剂,多糖聚合物为稳泡剂,制备环保型泡沫灭火剂,研究了稳泡剂类型、浓度和配比对泡沫灭火剂粘度、起泡性能和稳定性的影响。结果表明,添加单一黄原胶和海藻酸钠作为稳泡剂,能有效提升泡沫灭火剂的粘度和25%析液时间,但会降低泡沫灭火剂的起泡性能;黄原胶和明胶复配体系作为稳泡剂,能有效均衡泡沫灭火剂的起泡性能和泡沫稳定性,当m(黄原胶)∶m(明胶)=1∶5时,所制备泡沫灭火剂的初始泡沫高度和25%析液时间最佳,分别为123.0 mm和128.1 s,这与黄原胶和明胶复配体系可以减缓泡沫的析液速率和气泡粗化速度有关。
The environmentally-friendly foam extinguishing agent was prepared by using sodium alpha-olefin sulfonate(AOS),phosphate betaine silicone(PPSS)and polysaccharide polymer as surfactants and foam stabilizer,respectively.The effect of polysaccharide polymers on viscosity,foaming ability and foam stability of foam was investigated.The results showed that the viscosity and the 25%drainage time of foam solutions increase with the increasing the concentration of polysaccharide polymers.Foaming ability analysis shows that both xanthan gum and sodium alginate decrease the foaming ability of foam solution while the gelatin improves the foaming ability of it.The addition of individual polysaccharide polymer cannot effectively improve the foam properties,while the combination of xanthan gum and gelatin can effectively balance the foaming ability and foam stability of foam extinguishing agents.The combination of xanthan gum and gelatin can effectively balance the foaming ability and foam stability of foam extinguishing agent,which is ascribed to the formation of hydrogen bonds that enhances the surface strength of foam liquid film and decreases the diffusion of water in the liquid film,thus effectively slowing down the drainage rate and bubbles coarsening of foam.When the concentration ratio of xanthan gum to gelatin is 1∶5,the resulting foam exhibits the optimal foam properties,corresponding to the foam height of 123.0 mm and 25%drainage time of 128.1 s,which is related to the fact that the xanthan gum and gelatin compound system can slow down the rate of liquid evolution and bubble coarsening.
