摘要 对超声波在萃取分离中的应用进行了综述.阐述了超声波强化萃取的原理,介绍了超声波萃取技术在医药、化学、食品等各个领域的应用进展.对微波、超临界协同超声波萃取技术进行了讨论.与其他萃取方法相比较,超声波萃取技术具有无污染、效率高、速度快等优点,超声萃取不改变萃取对象的化学结构.并对超声波萃取分离技术的特点及发展前景进行了探讨. The theory and application of ultrasound extraction technology were reviewed in this article. The application of ultrasound extraction technology in several fields such as medicine, chemistry and food is introduced. The microwave and supercritical synergistic extraction methods are also discussed. Compared with other extraction methods, ultrasound extraction method has characteristic of no pollution, high efficiency and short extraction time. At the same time, it does not change the structure of the extracted object. The further application development of the ultrasonic extraction method is also discussed.
