摘要
提出了新型弹簧式衰减器结构,以弹簧式衰减器为研究对象,针对无法定量分析衰减器衰减性能的问题,成功模拟了弹簧式衰减器中活塞的运动,克服了动网格计算中易出现的负体积问题。在不同的弹簧刚度与不同的频率条件下对弹簧式衰减器进行三维UDF数值计算,结果表明,当流体的脉动频率与衰减器的固有频率一致时,衰减效果最好,衰减率可达71%;弹簧刚度越低,衰减器的工作频带越宽。试验与仿真的结果相吻合,验证了衰减器模型的有效性和的可行性,为弹簧式衰减器衰减性能的定量分析提供了新方法和新思路。
Here,a new type spring attenuator structure was proposed.Taking a spring attenuator as the study object,aiming at the problem of its attenuation performance being unable to be analyzed quantitatively,the motion of piston in the spring attenuator was successfully simulated,and the problem of negative volume in dynamic mesh calculation was overcome.The 3-D UDF numerical calculation was performed for the spring attenuator under different spring stiffnesses and different frequencies conditions.The results showed that when fluid pulsating frequency is consistent with natural frequency of the attenuator,the attenuation effect is the best,and the attenuation rate can reach 71%;the lower the spring stiffness,the wider the working frequency band of the attenuator;test results and simulation ones are consistent to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the attenuator model,the study results can provide new method and new idea for quantitatively analyzing attenuation performance of spring attenuator.
