摘要
液压脉动滤波技术是近年来液压传动应用领域的研究热点,以滤波自适应性、衰减频带、衰减性能、滤波器结构复杂性为评价指标,分析比较了当前常用的三类液压脉冲滤波技术:阻性滤波、抗性滤波和有源滤波,在此基础上提出两种有发展前景的新型滤波方法:基于听觉行波学说的仿耳蜗基底膜结构滤波和基于纳米技术的多孔硅胶胶体结构滤波,阐述了其工作机理和技术难点,展望了液压脉动滤波技术的研究方向和重点,以期为后续研究者发掘新的研究方法与途径提供参考。
Hydraulic pulsation filter technology is a hot research of hydraulic drive applications in recent years. Adaptive filtering, attenua-tion band, attenuation performance and the complexity of the filter structure were parameter in the assessment of filter. Analysis and compar-ison of three types of hydraulic pulse filtering techniques were given: dissipative filtering, resistance filtering, active filtering. Then two kinds of new promising filtering methods were proposed:bionic cochlear basilar membrane structure filtering based on auditory traveling wave theory and porous silica colloid structure filtering based on Nanotechnology. Their work mechanism and technical difficulties were de-scribed. The future research directions and priorities of hydraulic pulsation filtering technology were analyzed. This work provides reference for future researchers to explore new methods and approaches.
