摘要
目的 探讨缺血性脑卒中后假性延髓麻痹吞咽困难患者应用健脾通络针法联合会厌通络汤治疗的临床效果和价值。方法 将我院收治符合要求的脑卒中后假性延髓麻痹吞咽困难者共100例纳入研究,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者接受临床常规治疗,观察组患者接受健脾通络针联合会厌通络汤联合治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、治疗前后吞咽功能、生活质量和临床满意度。结果 观察组患者临床治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前2组患者吞咽功能和生活质量差异不显著,干预后均有所改善,观察组改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者临床满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论 脑卒中后假性延髓麻痹吞咽困难患者应用健脾通络针法联合会厌通络汤治疗,可提升治疗效果和患者生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect Epiglottis tongluo soup with tonifying spleen acupuncture in patients with dysphagia in hypoplastic extended myeloid palsy after ischemic stroke.Methods One hundred patients with dysphagia in hypoplastic extended myeloid palsy after stroke in our hospital were chosen for the study and ran-domized into the observation group and control group.The control group patients received routine clinical treatment,while the observation group patients were treated with Epiglottis tongluo soup with tonifying spleen acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,swallowing function,quality of life,and clinical satisfaction in different groups were compared.Results The clinical treatment effect of the patients in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There is no significant in swallowing function and quality of life in the two groups before the intervention,after the intervention both improved,and the observed group improved better than the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Epiglottis tongluo soup with tonifying spleen acupuncture can improve the treatment effect and the quality of life of patients with dysphagia in hypoplastic extended myeloid palsy after is-chemic stroke,which is worth clinical promotion.
