脑卒中患者吞咽障碍的康复训练效果观察被引量：4

摘要目的探讨脑卒中患者吞咽障碍康复训练的方法及疗效。方法对43例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者进行针对性基础训练及摄食训练1个月,采用1999年日本学者滕岛一郎吞咽疗效评价标准进行评分。结果吞咽功能痊愈32例占74%,明显好转7例占16%,好转3例占7%,无效1例占2%。结论根据脑卒中吞咽障碍程度,针对性采取不同的吞咽功能训练,能有效改善吞咽功能,明显减少并发症发生,有利于患者神经功能恢复。
