摘要
基于微细正交车铣加工的切削力进行有限元建模,针对微细加工建立了材料本构模型,引入应变梯度理论,使模拟过程中的切削力更真实地反映实际加工过程;通过建立车削轴工件和铣削轴刀具均旋转的三维正交车铣模型增加了模型的真实性,利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对微细车铣加工中的切削力进行建模,并设计了测试系统,验证了模型的有效性。对比分析理论模型和实验测试,结果表明,所建立的切削力仿真模型与实验结果基本吻合,可以利用此模型预测切削力、优化切削参数以及进行进一步的研究。
In this paper, finite element analysis(FEA) is applied to micro orthogonal turn-milling.The material constitutive model is established for micro machining, and strain gradient theory is introduced to make the cutting force model more realistic.3 D orthogonal turn-milling model in which both the workpiece and the tool rotating is established.The software ABAQUS is used to analyze the model and a test system is designed to verify the validity of the model.The results of theoretical model and experimental test show that the simulation model of cutting force established is basically consistent with the experimental results.The cutting force model can predict the cutting force, optimize the cutting parameters and do the further researches.
