面向管控一体化的普速铁路CTC系统功能定位探讨 被引量:5

摘要 针对分散自律CTC系统目前在普速铁路覆盖范围不广的问题,在分析普速铁路CTC系统的改进功能和应用现状的基础上,着重从作业需求、计划功能等角度总结现行CTC系统在普速铁路应用中存在的不足,进一步从控制系统的角度抽象描述货物列车的开行过程,指出货物列车的开行是一个涉及多个工种的人机复合的、具有嵌套关系的反馈控制系统,以此展开对CTC系统业务场景的分析,并从普速铁路货物列车运行组织管控一体化的视角出发,从实现计划对作业状态的实时采集、提供车站进路计划编制和调整的功能、建立计划间的互馈机制、构建完善的作业联锁等方面,展望了面向管控一体的CTC系统功能改进方向,对提高CTC在我国普速铁路中的适用性具有重要意义。 The centralized traffic control(CTC) system under self-discipline is not widely applied in conventional railways.In response to this problem, this paper first analyzed the improved functions and application status of the CTC system for conventional railways and then summarized the shortcomings of the existing CTC system applied in conventional railways in terms of operational requirements and planning functions. Further, the paper abstractly described the process of freight train operation from the perspective of the control system. It pointed out that freight train operation is a feedback control system with a man-machine combination and a nested structure which involves multiple task types, on the basis of which the operation scenarios of the CTC system were analyzed. To realize the scheduling-controlling integration of freight train operation organization of conventional railways, the paper provided an outlook on the function improvement directions of the CTC system for the integration, including realizing the plan for real-time collection of operation status, providing the function of scheduling and adjusting station route plan, establishing a mutual feedback mechanism between plans, and constructing perfect operation interlocking. This research is of great significance to improve the applicability of CTC in conventional railways in China.
