摘要
机体抗氧化、抗疲劳能力与运动能力相互影响、相互协同呈正相关。通过文献资料法,本研究梳理阐述运动与氧化应激、运动与疲劳之间的关系,得出一定运动会使机体造成氧化与抗氧化失衡、抗氧化信号通路发挥不充分,并使机体能量输出输入失衡,从而降低抗氧化、抗疲劳能力,减弱运动能力;从原花青素增强机体抗氧化、抗疲劳两个维度出发,阐述原花青素对机体运动能力的影响。
The antioxidant and anti-fatigue capacity of the body and exercise capacity are positively correlated with each other.The study was carried out by literature method, and the relationship between exercise and oxidative stress, exercise and fatigue was clarified.It was concluded that certain exercise would cause the body to have an imbalance of oxidation and antioxidation, and the antioxidant signaling pathway would not function adequately, and the energy output and input of the body would be imbalanced, thus reducing the antioxidant and anti-fatigue capacity and weakening the exercise capacity.The effect of proanthocyanidins on the exercise capacity of the body was discussed from the two perspective of proanthocyanidins enhancing antioxidant and fatigue resistance.
