摘要
为提升重庆市乡村体育师资的学科核心素养,构建培养体系和探索实施路径,推动重庆市乡村学校体育高质量发展。通过采用文献资料法、网络查询法、访谈法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等方法,本文对构建重庆市乡村体育师资学科核心素养培养体系以及实施路径进行了系统研究。结果表明:(1)国内外学者对此研究比较少,重庆市部分区县教育机构确实开展乡村体育师资培养工作的,约占区县总数的63.1%。(2)培养困境是培养缺乏理论和实践依据;方式内容过于简单;重视程度不够;各种投入不足4个方面。(3)“12+3+X”培养体系主要包括理论依据、实践层面、保障支持和协同创新驱动机制4个构成要素,8个要素因子组成,拥有三个层级“金字塔型”结构框架。(4)“12+3+X”培养体系各要素因子与学科核心素养二者之间关联度密切且呈线性正相关,在理论上、实践上、保障驱动上是可行的,具有较强的应用价值。(5)实施路径是凭借乡村智慧体育工程、体育精准扶贫工程、城乡体育一体化发展和乡村体育振兴4个方面组织实施且能够达到预期效果。
This study aims to improve the core capabilities of the rural physical education teachers in Chongqing, construct the training system and explore the implementation path, and promote the high-quality development of the rural school sports in chongqing.Mainly using literature, interview, logical analysis, mathematical statistics and other methods, this paper systematically researches on the construction of the training system and the implementation path of the core capabilities of the rural physical education teachers in Chongqing.The results show that:(a)Few domestic and foreign scholars have studied this issue.Educational institutions in some districts and counties in Chongqing have indeed carried out the training of rural physical education teachers, accounting for about 63.1% of the total number of districts and counties.(b)the problems include the lack of theoretical and practical basis;too simple mode and content;insufficient attention;inadequate investment.(c)The “12+3+X” training system mainly consists of four elements, including theoretical basis, practical level, guarantee support and collaborative innovation driving mechanism, and it is composed of eight elements, with a three-level “pyramid” structural framework.(d)There is a close and positive linear correlation between the factors of the “12+3+X” training system and the core capabilities, which is feasible in theory and practice and has strong application value.(e)The implementation path is organized and implemented by four aspects: rural smart sports project, targeted sports poverty alleviation project, integrated development of urban and rural sports and rural sports revitalization, which can achieve the expected results.
