摘要为了深入贯彻落实十九大精神,2018年1月中共中央、国务院印发了《中共中央国务院关于全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的意见》,这是新时代国家教育战略的重要组成部分,是新时代倡导全社会"尊师重教"的重要举措。体育教师队伍建设是教师队伍建设中相对薄弱的环节,是教师队伍建设中的一个难点,也是关键点;因此,必须建立符合体育教师特点的教师队伍建设途径和方法,并且要加大力度和强度,找准重点和发力点。从体育教师的特殊性及体育教师出身的角度聚焦体育教师"地位",分析体育教师队伍的地位现状和主要成因,从4个方面提出提升体育教师地位的策略:1)倡导全社会尊师重教;2)形成优秀人才争相从教;3)让教师人人尽展其才;4)促进好教师不断涌现。 In order to further implement the spirit of the Nineteenth National Congress, the state council issued Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of Teachers’Team Construction in the New Era, which is the important part of national education strategy in the new era and a significant measure to advocate “Respecting Teachers and Teaching” in the society. Physical education teachers ’ team construction is a relatively weak link in the construction of teachers ’ team, which is a difficult as well as a key point in teachers ’ team construction. Therefore, we must establish ways and methods in accordance with the characteristics of physical education teachers, increase the strength, focus key points and force points. Focusing on their status from the perspective of the special features and backgrounds of physical education teachers, this paper analyzes the status of the physical education teachers and the main causes, and put forward strategies to improve the status of physical education teachers on four aspects： 1） advocating the whole society to respect teachers and attach importance to education; 2） forming excellent talents to compete for teaching;3） making the best of teachers’ talents;and 4） promoting the emergence of good teachers.
