摘要
为研究乳酸菌、纤维素酶及二者混合物对‘Tifton 85’狗牙根(Cynodon sp.cv.Tifton 85)青贮发酵品质的影响,设置对照、乳酸菌(0.05、0.10和0.15g/kg)、纤维素酶(0.05、0.10和0.15g/kg)以及乳酸菌+纤维素酶(0.05g/kg+0.05g/kg、0.10g/kg+0.10g/kg和0.15g/kg+0.15g/kg)10个处理,密封贮藏60d后测定其发酵品质。结果表明:添加剂处理组氨态氮/总氮均显著低于对照,粗脂肪含量均显著高于对照,处理组均无霉菌产生。添加0.15g/kg乳酸菌处理的粗蛋白含量显著高于对照,pH值显著低于对照;添加0.05g/kg纤维素酶处理的粗蛋白含量显著高于对照,酸性洗涤纤维含量显著低于对照,中性洗涤纤维含量低于对照但不显著;添加0.10g/kg乳酸菌+0.10g/kg纤维素酶处理的粗蛋白、可溶性碳水化合物含量显著高于对照,酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维含量以及pH值显著低于对照,乳酸菌数量显著高于其他处理组。总而言之,添加乳酸菌、纤维素酶及二者组合均能改善‘Tifton 85’狗牙根青贮饲料的品质,添加0.10g/kg乳酸菌+0.10g/kg纤维素酶的“Tifton 85”狗牙根青贮品质最好。
The effects of lactic acid bacteria,cellulase,and their mixtures on the fermentation quality of Cynodon sp.cv.Tifton 85 bermudagrass silage were investigated after fermentation for 60 d in the present study.There were ten treatments set up in the study,including control,lactic acid bacteria treatments(0.05 g/kg,0.10 g/kg,and 0.15 g/kg),cellulase treatments(0.05 g/kg,0.10 g/kg,and 0.15 g/kg),and lactic acid bacteria+cellulase treatments(0.05 g/kg+0.05 g/kg,0.10 g/kg+0.10 g/kg,and 0.15 g/kg+0.15 g/kg).The results showed that the ratio of ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen(AN/TN)and the content of ether extract(EE)of all additive treatments were significantly lower and higher than the control,respectively(P<0.05),in which no mold was observed in all treatments.The crude protein(CP)content and the pH value of lactic acid bacteria treatment(0.15 g/kg)were significantly higher and lower than that of the control,respectively(P<0.05).The contents of CP and acid detergent fiber(ADF)of cellulase treatment(0.05 g/kg)were significantly higher and lower than the control,respectively(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the contents of CP and water-soluble carbohydrate(WSC)of lactic acid bacteria+cellulase treatment(0.10 g/kg+0.10 g/kg)were significantly higher than those of the control(P<0.05),and the contents of ADF,neutral detergent fiber(NDF),and pH value were significantly lower than the control(P<0.05).The lactic acid bacteria number of lactic acid bacteria+cellulase treatment(0.10 g/kg+0.10 g/kg)was significantly higher than that of other treatment groups(P<0.05).In summary,lactic acid bacteria,cellulase,and their combinations can improve the silage quality of‘Tifton 85’bermudagrass,in which lactic acid bacteria+cellulase treatment(0.10 g/kg+0.10 g/kg)had the best affection.
