摘要
微生物在提高烟叶品质和安全性等方面发挥了重要作用。为此,该文简述烟叶处理过程中微生物的菌群结构及其变化规律,并对微生物在烟叶提质、降解有害物质及其处理烟草废弃物等方面的应用现状进行总结,以期更好地将微生物应用于卷烟生产中。
Microorganisms play an important role in improving the quality and safety of tobacco leaves.Therefore,microbial community structure and its changing rules during tobacco leaves treatment were briefly described in this paper,and the application status of microorganisms in quality improvement of tobacco leaves,degradation of harmful substances and waste treatment of tobacco were summarized,in order to better apply microorganisms to cigarette production.
