摘要
低温甲醇洗工艺不断优化节能降耗效果,改进工艺流程,通过回收利用尾气冷量,提高节能减耗效果,并降低净化成本。基于此,本文通过对低温甲醇洗工艺进行分析,研究了冷量平衡,并分析了尾气冷量回收工艺。以期能够充分回收利用尾气冷量,让外排灰水温度得到降低,从而优化节能降耗效果。
The low-temperature methanol washing process continuously optimizes the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction,im-proves the process flow,improves the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction by recycling the tail gas cold amount,and reduces the purifi-cation cost.Based on this,this paper analyzes the low temperature methanol washing process,studies the cold balance,and analyzes the tail gas cold recovery process.In order to fully recycle the tail gas cold amount,so that the temperature of the ash water can be reduced,so as to optimize the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction.
