摘要
以飞机中常见的薄板精密齿形啮合构件作为研究对象,从齿纹形状、齿纹方向以及零件基体等多方面进行研究,分析了齿形构件不能完全啮合的原因。通过择优选择刀具、改进装夹方式、优化加工参数及改进工艺流程等手段解决了薄板精密齿形啮合构件不完全啮合的问题。研究了特殊加工技术在薄板精密齿形啮合构件加工中的应用。
Taking the common thin plate precision tooth meshing components in aircraft as the research object,from the aspects of the tooth shape,tooth direction,part matrix and other aspects,the reasons why the tooth shape components can not fully meshing are analyzed.By means of tool selection,improvement of clamping mode,optimization of machining parameters and improvement of technological process,the problem of incomplete meshing of precision tooth meshing components of thin plate is solved.The application of special machining technology in machining precision tooth meshing components of thin plate is studied.
