摘要
探讨了当前电容式粮食水分检测中的各种影响因素,并根据具体实验给出了水分与电容,水分与定容积重量之间的拟合曲线。分析了曲线特性,给出了主要影响检测因素间的关系。分析了粮食水分检测中的误差产生原因,进而提出了相应的解决方法。
In this paper, discussions are made on the various factors affecting the capative measuring of grain moisture based on the practical experiments. The fitting cirves of moisture, capacitance and unit weight are obtained showing the relationship among the affecting factors. The measuring errors are also analized, with the solutions to which being putforwarded hereby.
