摘要 阐述了粮食水分检测的重要性.介绍了用于粮食水分检测的直接法和间接法各自的原理、特点、适用场合及现状等.在综合分析的基础上指出了现有粮食水分仪存在的问题并对检测仪器及检测技术的发展趋势进行预测:研究有效的数据融合技术,通过对多个物理量检测而实现的复合型水分仪;开发专门化或通用化水分仪; The importance of moisture measurem ent of grain is clarified in this paper first.The principles,the characteristics,the adaptive occa sions and application situations of every direct and indirect moisture measuring technology of grain are introduced s ummarily.The existing problems of m oisture testers are indicated on the basis of synthetic analyses,and developi ng trends of measuring instruments and technologies are predicted.They mainly focus on these respects:to research on the multiple moisture testers using effective technology to merge the data from several physical quantities me asured,to develop specialized or universal moisture testers,to explore new measuring technologies for more accurate moisture testing.
