摘要
目的:系统评价重症监护病人转出过渡期体验及需求的质性研究,为制定过渡期护理措施提供依据。方法:计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、CINAHL Complete、the Cochrane Library、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库从建库至2021年8月31日的关于重症监护病人转出过渡期体验的质性研究。采用澳大利亚Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)循证卫生保健研究中心质性研究真实性评价标准(2016版)对纳入文献进行质量评价,采用汇集性整合方法对纳入文献的研究结果进行整合。结果:共纳入10篇文献,其中英文9篇,中文1篇,提炼出37个主题,归纳形成12个新类别,最终形成4个整合结果,分别为过渡期间病人的信息需求、过渡期间病人渴望得到外界的帮助、病人转入普通病房时的担忧、转出重症监护室后的喜悦。结论:医护人员应重视重症监护病人转出过渡期的体验,针对病人的需求制定完善的护理措施,以促进病人康复。
Objective:To systematically evaluate the qualitative researches on the experience and needs of intensive care patients in the transition period,so as to provide basis for formulating nursing measures in the transition period.Methods:Qualitative studies on the transition experience of intensive care patients were searched from PubMed,EMbase,CINAHL Complete,the Cochrane Library,CBM,CNKI,WanFang Database,and VIP.The retrieval time was from inception to August 31,2021.The quality of the included literature was evaluated by using the authenticity evaluation standard of qualitative research of the Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)evidence-based health care research center in Australia(2016 Edition),and the results of the included literature were integrated by the method of collective integration.Results:A total of 10 articles were included,9 in English and 1 in Chinese,and 37 topics were extracted,12 new categories were summarized and 4 integration results were formed,information needs of patients during transition;patients in transition crave outside help;concerns when patients were transferred to general wards;the joy of being transferred out of the ICU.Conclusion:Medical staff should pay attention to the experience of intensive care patients out of the transition period,formulate transitional nursing measures according to the needs of patients,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
