摘要
回顾了卫生部以及中国医院协会推进医疗质量与患者安全持续改进的做法,论述了中国在医疗质量与患者安全持续改进的基本经验,对医疗质量与患者安全持续改进的趋势进行了展望。指出,医疗质量与患者安全的趋势主要体现在:坚持以人为本原则,注重系统设计;贯彻全员有责理念,消除隐患死角;强化安全文化建设,更新管理观念;体现持续改进思想,建立长效机制;重视患者主体地位,鼓励患者参与。
Practice of implementing continuance medical quality promoting and patient safely developed by Ministry of health and Chinese Hospital Association was reviewed. Basic experiences of promoting medical quality and patient safety were summarized and the trends were forecasted. The trends of medical quality and patient safety included five key points. Firstly, human based and systematic design should be highlighted. Secondly, conception of full participation and hidden risk eliminating should be strengthened. Thirdly, culture of patient safety and new management conception should be attended. Fourthly, continuance promoting and long term and effective mechanism should be built. Fifthly, patient should be encouraged to attend medical quality and patient safely management.
