摘要
半导体集成电路的精准控制效果决定着电路的稳定性,在电子产品的发展方面具有重要作用。因此,本文对基于分层布线算法的半导体集成电路短路控制方法进行研究。模拟电路短路控制信号,初步了解集成电路的控制情况;基于分层布线算法构建短路控制模型,提高集成电路控制效果,进而实现半导体集成电路短路的精准控制。采用仿真实验的方式,验证本文的控制方法的控制效果更佳,控制效率较高,极具推广价值。
The precise control effect of semiconductor integrated circuit determines the stability of the circuit and plays an important role in the development of electronic products. Therefore, this paper studies the short-circuit control method of semiconductor integrated circuits based on hierarchical routing algorithm. Analog circuit short-circuit control signal, and preliminarily understand the control situation of integrated circuit;Based on the layered routing algorithm, the short circuit control model is constructed to improve the control effect of integrated circuit, and then realize the accurate control of semiconductor integrated circuit short circuit. By means of simulation experiments, it is verified that the control method in this paper has better control effect, higher control efficiency and great promotion value.
