摘要
逆变电路传统开关函数模型只描述电路的控制变迁,而忽略了电路的条件变迁,这可能导致主要故障信息丢失。为此,建立了新型逆变电路的混合逻辑动态模型,该模型可准确描述电路条件变迁时的状态特征。在此基础之上,考虑到基于事件辨识的电力电子电路故障诊断方法难以用于离散事件较多的电路,利用电路的混合逻辑动态模型建立电路故障事件的故障模型,引入故障事件识别向量的概念,仅通过对电路故障事件进行辨识实现故障诊断。算例结果验证了该方法的有效性。
Traditional switch function model only describes the control change in inverter circuit and ignores the condition change in inverter circuit, and it may make the main fault information lost. A mixed logic dynamic model of a new fault-tolerant inverter is established to describe the state of conditions change occurred in inverter circuit. On this basis, considering the difficulty of applying event identification based fault diagnosis for power electronic circuits to the inverter circuit, in which more discrete events may occur, based on the established mixed logic dynamic model for inverter circuit a fault diagnosis model for incidents in inverter circuit is built, and leading in the concept of incident identification vector the fault diagnosis can be implemented only by the identification of fault events occurred in inverter circuit. The validity of the proposed method is verified by the simulation of the new inverter circuit.
