摘要
本文以创业板入选“科技100”指数的32只股票为样本,研究科技企业创新能力与IPO、盈利能力、资本结构和企业规模的关系。研究发现科技企业的IPO、企业规模与其创新能力有显著的正相关性,资本结构对创新能力也有一定的影响,而盈利能力从整个样本期看对创新能力的影响是不显著的,但IPO后短期内盈利能力和创新能力表现出显著的负相关性。本文对上述发现进行了解释,并提出若干建议以期促进中国科技企业的健康良性发展。
In this paper,we use the 32 stocks selected in the’Technology 100’index of GEM as a sample to study the relationship between innovation ability of technology enterprises and IPO,profitability,capital structure and enterprise size.The study finds that innovation ability of technology companies has a significant positive correlation with IPO and enterprise size,and capital structure also has a certain influence on innovation ability,while profitability has no significant influence on innovation ability in the whole sample period,but profitability and innovation ability have a significant negative correlation in the short term after IPO.This paper explains the above findings and makes several suggestions to promote the development of technology enterprises in China.
