摘要
聚醚类离子载体型抗生素盐霉素(Salinomycin,SAL)长期以来作为抗球虫病药物,在畜牧业中广泛应用。近十年来,盐霉素被发现通过影响多条细胞信号通路参与肿瘤的发生发展过程,从而对多种肿瘤细胞及肿瘤干细胞(CSCs)具有较强的杀伤和抑制作用,因此盐霉素被视为是一种具有开发潜力的抗肿瘤候选药物。文章对盐霉素的理化性质、抗肿瘤作用机制、应用局限性和搭载盐霉素的新型药物递送系统等方面进行综述。
Salinomycin(SAL),a polyether ion carrier type antibiotic,had long been widely used in animal husbandry as an anticoccidial drug.In the last decade,salinomycin had been found to be involved in the process of tumor development by affecting multiple cell signaling pathways.Thus,it had a strong killing and inhibiting effect on various tumor cells and tumor stem cells(CSCs).Therefore,salinomycin was considered as an antitumor drug candidates with potential for development.In this paper,the physicochemical properties,antitumor mechanism of action,application limitations and novel drug delivery systems carrying salinomycin will be reviewed.
