摘要
通过2021年能力验证计划,对上海市环境领域检测机构水中挥发酚的检测能力进行了比对和评价,制备了4个浓度水平样品,每两个样品组成一个样品对,采用单因素方差分析和t检验考察样品的均匀性和稳定性。136家机构参加本次能力验证计划,每个参加者发一组样品对,采用ZB和ZW,评价各检测机构的能力,经过初测和补测后,最终有129家测量结果为满意结果,满意率为94.9%;2家结果为有问题,占1.5%;5家结果不满意,占3.6%。统计结果表明,ZB和ZW能够更灵敏地识别出检测机构的随机误差和系统误差,少量实验室存在较大的系统误差或随机误差。结合实验室原始记录和现场核查,分析了有问题或不满结果可能存在的原因,为检测机构提升检测技术水平提供了参考。
Through the 2021 proficiency testing scheme,the capabilities of testing phenolic compounds in water of Shanghai laboratorywere compared and evaluated.The samples at four concentration levels were prepared and each two samples were matched as a sample pairs.The homogeneity and stability of samples were checked by single factor analysis of variance and t test.136 laboratories participated in the scheme and each laboratory was sent one group sample pairs.ZB and ZW score were used to evaluate the results of each laboratory.After the first test and supplementary test,the results of 129 laboratories were satisfactory,and the satisfactory rate was 94.9%;The results of 2 laboratories were questionable,the percent was 1.5%;The results of 5 laboratories were unsatisfactory,the percent was 3.6%.The statistical results showed that ZB and ZW score could sensitively identify the random and system error,and a few laboratories had large Random or System error.Finally,according to the original records of labs and the finds of on-site inspection,the reason that causes questionable and unsatisfactory results were explored,which provides a reference for the laboratory to improve the technical level of testing.
