摘要 2011年中央一号文件明确提出,建立"三条红线",实行最严格的水资源管理。在水环境监测中,监测数据是决策者做出决策的重要依据,监测数据的及时、准确尤为重要。水样测定中首选测定方法是4一氨基安替比林分光光度法,此法在测定挥发酚过程中经常会遇到蒸馏液变黄、接收液带色、试剂变质、检测浓度超限等问题,该文对影响挥发酚测定结果问题进行了分析并提出解决方案。 In 2011,The first central document puts forward clearly build "Three Red Lines", implement the most strict water resources management. In water environment monitoring, monitoring data is an important basis for decision-making, timely and accurately monitoring data is more important. The 4-amino antipyrine spectrophotomentry is the preferred method to water determination. The method often encounter problems of distilled liquid yellowing, receiving liquid with color, reagent modification, detection concentration overrun in the volatile phenol determination process, in this paper analyzed the affecting of volatile phenols determination results and proposed solutions.
