摘要
海上油田设施主发电机组通过燃烧原油、天然气或柴油来发电,为海上设施用电设备提供电力,在保障油气生产的同时也消耗了大量的化石能源。为了切实提高能源利用效率,加强发电机组节能管理,挖掘节能潜力,减少化石燃料燃烧带来的温室气体排放,通过主发电机能效对标,分析评价主发电机组的运行状态;提出通过实施海上设施电力组网、发电机尾气余热回收利用等措施,提升发电机组发电效率或能源综合利用效率,每年可减少海上设施燃料原油消耗3893 t,降低能源消耗成本,促进海上油气资源高效开发。
The main generator set of offshore oil field facilities generates electricity by burning crude oil,natural gas or diesel to provide power for the electrical equipment of offshore facilities.It not only ensures oil and gas production,but also consumes a lot of fossil energy.In order to effectively improve energy efficiency,strengthen energy-saving management of power generation units,tap energy-saving potential,and reduce greenhouse gas emissions from fossil fuel combustion,analyze and evaluate the operation state of the main generator unit through the energy efficiency benchmarking of the main generator;It is proposed to improve the power generation efficiency or comprehensive energy utilization efficiency by implementing measures such as power networking of offshore facilities and waste heat recovery and utilization of generator tail gas.It can reduce 3893 tons of fuel crude oil consumption of offshore facilities every year,reduce energy consumption costs and promote the efficient development of offshore oil and gas resources.
