摘要
浮式液化天然气生产储存外输装置(FLNG)作为海上气田资源开发的重要装备备受关注,与以往传统海上开发设施相比较,其电气系统具有负荷量大、系统结构复杂及可靠性要求高等特点,对全船的生产及生活具有重要作用。结合设计案例,在阐述了FLNG电气系统组成的基础之上,分析了4个典型设计工况,开展船体负荷计算,设计3个层次电源系统,配置相应的配电系统,并对电力管理系统进行研究。对今后的工程设计及应用具有一定的参考意义。
Floating liquefied natural gas production storage and offloading unit(FLNG) as an important equipment for the development of offshore gas field resources has attracted much attention. Compared with the traditional offshore development facilities,FLNG electrical system has the characteristics of heavy load, complex system and high requirement of reliability and plays an important role for production and living. Based on design cases and description of the basic components of FLNG electrical system, four typical design conditions are analyzed;The electrical load is calculated;The power system with three levels and the corresponding distribution system are designed. And the power management system is researched. These results have a certain reference for future design projects.
