摘要
目的探讨老年心血管疾病患者临床合理用药管理。方法随机抽取2018年4月—2019年5月该院收治的老年心血管疾病患者102例作为研究对象,以数字随机法将其平均分成对照组(n=51,采取常规用药指导方案)和研究组(n=51,采取合理用药指导),比较两组患者血压、血脂、血液黏稠度以及心肌功能改善情况、负面情绪评分和对用药指导的满意度。结果研究组患者血压、血脂以及血液黏稠度下降幅度均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药指导前两组患者焦虑、抑郁情绪对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组患者经心血管疾病合理用药指导后其各项负面情绪评分结果均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的用药指导满意度为98.04%明显高于对照组的84.31%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.387,P<0.05)。结论为老年心血管疾病患者提供合理用药指导服务能够显著提升治疗效果,改善患者各项指标水平,提高其合理用药的安全意识并改善其负面情绪,患者满意度好,具有较高应用价值。
Objective To explore the clinical rational drug use management in elderly patients with cardiovascular disease.Methods A total of 102 elderly patients with cardiovascular disease admitted to the hospital from April 2018 to May 2019 were randomly selected as the study objects.They were equally divided into control group(n=51,taking routine medication guidance)and study group(n=51,taking rational medication guidance)by numerical random method.The improvement of blood pressure,blood lipids,blood viscosity and myocardial function,negative emotion scores and satisfaction with medication guidance were compared between the two groups.Results The blood pressure,blood lipid and blood viscosity of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in anxiety and depression between the two groups before the medication guidance(P>0.05).After the rational medication guidance for cardiovascular diseases,the study group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The medication guidance satisfaction of the patients in the study group was 98.04%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 84.31%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.387,P<0.05).Conclusion Providing rational drug use guidance service for elderly patients with cardiovascular disease can significantly improve the treatment effect,improve the patient's various indicators,improve their safety awareness of rational drug use,and improve their negative emotions.The patient satisfaction is good,and it has high application value.
