摘要
目的探讨老年心血管疾病患者的临床合理用药。方法选取本科室2017年4月至2018年4月收治老年性心血管患者80例进行实验研究,根据信封法将患者分为2组,对照组40例患者给予心血管疾病常规用药指导;观察组40例患者进行心血管疾病3、6、9、12个月合理用药的追踪指导及健康教育,监测患者血压、血脂、血液粘稠、心肌缺血用药后疗效,患者焦虑、抑郁情绪、满意度为指标进行对比。结果监测血压、血脂、血液粘稠度、心肌功能用药效果观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);患者焦虑、抑郁情绪、满意度观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于老年性心脑血管疾病患者给予临床合理的用药指导,应用价值较高,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore clinical rational application of drugs in elderly patients with cardiovascular disease.Methods We chose 80 cases of elderly cardiovascular patients admitted to our department from April 2017 to April 2018 for experimental research.Divided them into two groups according to envelope method,40 cases in control group were treated with routine medication and guidance for cardiovascular diseases,and 40 cases in observation group with follow-up guidance and health education for rational application of drugs for cardiovascular disease for 3,6,9,and 12 months.Monitored and compared indicators of blood pressure,blood lipids,blood viscosity,myocardial ischemia after medication,and anxiety,depression,satisfaction degree of patients.Results Blood pressure,blood lipids,blood viscosity,and myocardial function of observation group were better than those of control group (P<0.05);anxiety,depression,and satisfaction degree of observation group were higher than those of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Clinically reasonable medication guidance has high application value for eldelry cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
