摘要
超声检查具有无创、便捷、可重复性高等特点。超声造影(CEUS)具有动态观察病灶周围及内部微血管灌注的独特优势,已成为检查肾上腺肿瘤的常用检查手段,为鉴别肾上腺肿瘤性质提供更高的临床价值,故对常规超声及超声造影在肾上腺肿瘤诊断中的应用进行综述。
Ultrasound is a non-invasive,convenient and reproducible examination technology.Contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)has the unique advantage of dynamically observing microvascular perfusion around and within the lesion and has become a commonly used test to examine adrenal neoplasms,providing higher clinical value for identifying the nature of adrenal neoplasms.Therefore,the application of conventional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosing adrenal tumors is reviewed.
