烧嘴端面热障涂层应用特性分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了利用热障涂层技术解决烧嘴端面烧损问题,开展模拟研究对比增加热障涂层前后烧嘴端面金属材料的隔热性,开展热震性实验测试不同涂层材料以及不同喷涂工艺热障涂层的热震性。结果表明,热障涂层可显著降低烧嘴端面温度,1873 K辐射温度条件下可降低45%;采用封孔工艺的铈酸镧(La_(2)Ce_(2)O_(7),LCO)材料具有最佳的热震性,1200℃条件下循环热震仅少量裂纹,未见明显失效现象。 In order to use thermal barrier coatings technology to solve the burning damage problem of the burner end face,simulation studies were carried out to compare the thermal insulation performance of the metal material on the burner end face with or without the thermal barrier coatings,and thermal shock resistance tests were carried out to test thermal shock resistance of thermal barrier coatings with different coating materials and spraying processes.The results showed that the thermal barrier coatings can greatly reduce the temperature of the end face of the burner,temperature of end face can be reduced by 45%under the condition of 1873 K radiation temperature.LCO(La_(2)Ce_(2)O_(7))material with the sealing process had the best thermal shockresistance,and there were only a few cracks andno obvious failure after the cyclic thermal shock at 1200℃.
