摘要
目的本文诣将Graves眼病病位结合肝及肝经循行部位,探析Graves眼病证治规律,为临床治疗Graves眼病提供新思路。通过查阅文献,搜集并整理Graves眼病的中医证型及治疗规律。中医在治疗Graves眼病方面有着较好疗效,其发病部位涉及肝脾肾三脏,与肝关系最为密切。病因为先天禀赋不足、情志损伤、饮食劳倦、环境因素等;治疗多基于五脏阴阳分期辨证论治,从“肝”入手,兼以健脾补肾,益气滋阴温阳,化痰祛瘀。针灸、雷火灸、推拿等外治法也可取得良好疗效。
Starting from the location of Graves’ophthalmopathy,combined with the liver and the parts along the liver meridian,this paper analyzes the syndrome and treatment of Graves’ophthalmopathy,so as to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of Graves’ophthalmopathy.By consulting the literature,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types and treatment rules of Graves ophthalmopathy were collected and sorted out.Traditional Chinese medicine has a good efficacy in the treatment of Graves ophthalmopathy.Its pathogenesis involves the liver,spleen and kidney,which is most closely related to the liver.The disease is due to congenital endowment deficiency,emotional injury,diet fatigue,environmental factors,etc.The treatment is mostly based on syndrome differentiation and treatment by stages of yin and Yang of the five zang organs,starting with"liver",and strengthening the spleen and kidney,supplementing qi,nourishing yin and warming Yang,resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis.External treatment methods such as acupuncture,thunder fire moxibustion and massage can also achieve good efficacy.
