摘要
构建成都绿色生态都市圈,有利于形成成都都市圈经济、社会和生态统一的平衡系统。先核算成都都市圈的相对绿色GDP,以观察扣除工业环境因素的真实经济增长绩效,然后以绿色生态建设、绿色产业发展、绿美城乡建设、绿色生活方式、城市绿色发展五维视角,构建成都绿色生态都市圈环境指标体系,利用极值熵值法对环境质量指数进行测算和分析。结果表明,成都都市圈的绿色生态建设不平衡,子系统发展水平高低次序为:绿色产业发展>绿美城乡建设>城市绿色发展>绿色生态建设>绿色生活方式。因此,构建成都绿色生态都市圈尚需在生态文明建设上进一步采取系统举措。
The construction of Chengdu green ecological metropolitan area is conducive to the formation of a balanced system of economic,social and ecological unity in Chengdu metropolitan area.The paper firstly accounts for the relative green GDP of Chengdu metropolitan area to observe the real economic growth performance net of industrial environmental factors;then constructs the environmental index system of Chengdu green ecological metropolitan area from the perspective of five dimensions:green ecological construction,green industrial development,green and beautiful urban and rural construction,green lifestyle,and urban green development,and measures and analyzes the environmental quality index by using the extreme value entropy method.The results show that the green ecological construction of Chengdu metropolitan area is unbalanced,and the order of high and low development levels of subsystems is:green industrial development>green and beautiful urban and rural construction>green urban development>green ecological construction>green lifestyle.Therefore,the construction of Chengdu green ecological metropolitan area still needs further systematic initiatives in ecological civilization construction.
