摘要
伍劲华主任医师是广东省著名肾病专家,潜心临床研究多年,对于IgA肾病的病因病机有独到的见解,提出了IgA肾病“湿、热、瘀、虚”四种关键的致病因素。伍师通过多年的临床实践发现疾病的病理表现和临床证候的内在病机存在相互印证的关系,在此基础上中西互参,拓展了肾病的中医思维方式,并为临床诊疗提供了新思路,体现中医病证统一的辨证思维。
Director Wu Jinhua,a famous nephrologist in Guangdong Province,devoted himself to clinical practice for many years,and had unique insights into the etiology and pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy,and put forward four key pathogenic factors of IgA nephropathy:dampness,heat,blood stasis and deficiency.Through many years'clinical practice,Wu found that the pathological manifestations of diseases and the internal pathogenesis of clinical syndromes mutually confirm each other.On this basis,Chinese and western medicine can be used as mutual reference to expand the thinking mode of traditional Chinese medicine for nephropathy,and provide new ideas for clinical treatment,which embodies the dialectical thinking of the unity of diseases and syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine.
