摘要
为了提高粮食入仓、平仓及翻仓的效率和安全性,本研究设计了一种用于粮仓的多功能仓储作业装备,实现了入仓、平仓及翻仓多功能一体化作业。本文详细论述了其系统方案和结构组成,并重点分析设计的关键部件,解决了当前粮食仓储工作劳动强度大、机械设备功能单一、自动化程度不高等问题,在粮食仓储企业具有广泛的应用前景。
In order to improve the efficiency and safety of grain warehousing,flatting and turning,a multi-functional warehousing operation equipment for granary is designed.It realizes the multi-functional integrated operation of grain warehousing,flatting and turning.This paper discusses its system scheme and structure in detail,and focuses on analyzing and designing key components.It solves the problems of high labor intensity,single function of mechanical equipment and low degree of automation in the current grain storage work,and has a wide application prospect in grain storage enterprises.
