摘要
粮食在运输和储藏过程中质量安全容易受到危害,消除粮食储运中的安全危害是保证粮食及其制品安全的重要环节之一,为了使危害因素降到最低程度,我们应采用有效的预防措施和监控手段,建立新的安全危害控制体系。
The quality security of grain is prone to harm in the process of transporting and preserving. The security harm of grain in the grain storage and transport is one of the important links guaranteeing the security of grain and grain products. In order to minimize the factors causing the harm, we should adopt effective preven- tive measures and monitoring methods and establish new safety -harm control system.
