摘要
下肢深静脉血栓形成是临床上一种常见的疾病,并发症包括肺动脉栓塞(PE)及下肢深静脉血栓后综合征(PTS),对患者的生活质量造成极大的影响。目前临床上对下肢深静脉血栓形成的治疗方法包括抗凝、系统溶栓(ST)、导管接触溶栓(CDT)、AngioJet溶栓等。本文针对下肢深静脉血栓形成溶栓治疗的进展进行综述。
Lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(LEDVT),a common clinical disease,can lead to pulmonary embolism(PE)and deep venous post-thrombotic syndrome(PTS)of the lower extremities,which greatly affect the quality of life of patients.At present,the clinical treatment methods for lower extremity deep venous thrombosis include anticoagulation,systemic thrombolysis(ST),catheter directed thrombolysis(CDT),AngioJet thrombolysis,and so on.This article reviews the progress of thrombolytic therapy for lower extremity deep venous thrombosis.
