摘要
侯玉芬教授认为下肢深静脉血栓形成的病因为"湿"、"热"、"瘀"、"虚"相互影响,瘀血贯穿始终。脉络血凝湿阻是本病的主要病机。治疗应谨守病机,抓重点,辨兼症,以急则治标、缓则治本为原则,内治外治皆以"通"为要,急性期攻之使通,后遗症期攻补兼施或补之使通。
Dr. HOU Yu-fen considers that the main causes of LLDVT are interaction by “damp” ,“caloric”, “blood statsis”, “weakness”, and blood statsis penetrates all along. Thread dampness hemagglutinin is the major pathogenesis of this disease. Treatment should grasp pathogenesis cautiously, grip emphasis, distinguish amphi -sign, treating the sec- ondary for emergency , treating the primary for chronic cases at the root for principle. Both the endotherapy and external treatment should be the first by“remove blood statsis”, do that by attacking in acute stage and simultaneous application of purging -tonifying therapy or reinforcing in resid stage.
