摘要
介绍耐磨白口铸铁及耐磨铸铁基复合材料的发展过程及应用情况,分析耐磨白口铸铁材料的不足,寻求提升性能与寿命的新途径。指出陶瓷增强耐磨铸铁基复合材料能够有效弥补传统耐磨白口铸铁的不足,以新开发产品为例,提出耐磨铸铁基复合材料推广与应用的新方向。
The paper describes the evolution and application of wear resistant white cast iron and wear resistant cast iron composite and seeks a new way to improve the properties and service life of white cast iron in consideration of its shortcomings.Ceramics reinforced wear resistant cast iron composite can compensate the shortcomings effectively.The paper takes the new developed product for example to propose how to promote the application of ceramics reinforced wear resistant cast iron composite and find new ways to use it widely.
