摘要
评述了耐磨锰钢、耐磨白口铸铁、非锰系耐磨合金钢、耐磨球铁和耐磨钢铁基复合材料以及耐磨件铸造和热处理工艺技术的进展,重点推介了近年实施的几种先进的钢铁耐磨材料工程化和产业化技术,阐明了耐磨材料技术发展过程中减少合金元素、耐磨件少无加工、耐磨件大型化、物理场对耐磨件凝固的影响、价电子理论的应用及数值模拟工艺技术的应用等几个值得关注的问题,并就该技术发展方向及研发重点提出了建议。
Progress of technology for wear-resistant manganese steel, wear-resistant white cast iron, non-manganese wear-resistant alloy steel, wear-resistant nodular iron, wear-resistant composites and processes of casting and heat treatment of wear-resistant parts is reviewed. Several advanced industrialized technology applied to producing wear-resistant steel and iron in recent years is specially commended. Some important issues including decreasing alloy elements, little or non cutting, large-scale trend, influences of physical fields on solidification of wear-resistant parts and application of valence electron theory and numerical simulation process are clarified. Finally, some advice is given for the direction of research and development of wear-resistant material technology in this article.
