摘要
慢性心力衰竭(Chronic heart failure,CHF)是各种心脏疾病的晚期阶段,其发病率逐年增加,病死率及再住院率居高不下。近年来,中医药因在改善慢性心力衰竭患者的生活质量及临床症状、降低再住院率等方面的优势,已成为临床研究热点。文章从病因病机、辨证分型以及临床治疗等方面就近年来慢性心力衰竭的中医药研究进展进行综述,以期能为中医药治疗慢性心力衰竭提供更多参考。
Chronic heart failure(CHF)is the end stage of the development of various cardiovascular diseases,and its morbidity and mortality is increasing year by year,re-hospitalization rate remaining high.In recent years,treatment of Chronic Heart Failure with Traditional Chinese Medicine has become a focus of clinical research due to its advantages in improving the quality of life,relieving clinical symptoms,and reducing the re-hospitalization rate.This article provides a review on the recent progress of traditional Chinese medicine for chronic heart failure in terms of etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,and traditional Chinese medicine treatment,and hopes to provide more references for the treatment of chronic heart failure with traditional Chinese medicine.
