摘要
对陶粒、陶砂进行预湿处理,并将其用于配制高强硅酸盐陶粒混凝土,研究了水胶比、漂珠掺量、陶砂取代率对高强硅酸盐陶粒混凝土性能的影响。结果表明:预吸水陶粒、陶砂具备改善界面性能、内养护等多重作用,可有效提高轻骨料混凝土的强度;水胶比是决定轻骨料混凝土强度的关键因素,随着水胶比的降低,轻骨料混凝土的强度增长明显;减重材料如漂珠应谨慎使用,使用时应设置合理的应用区间,避免轻骨料混凝土中的水分含量出现较大波动。
The ceramsite and ceramic sand were pre-wetted and used to prepare high-strength silicate ceramsite concrete.The effects of water-binder ratio,fly ash cenosphere content and ceramic sand replacement rate on the properties of high-strength silicate ceramsite concrete were studied.The results show that pre-absorbent ceramsite and ceramic sand have multiple functions such as improving the interface performance and internal curing,which can effectively increase the strength of lightweight aggregate concrete.The water-binder ratio is the key factor in determining the strength of lightweight aggregate concrete.As the water-binder ratio decreases,the strength of lightweight aggregate concrete increases significantly.Weight-reducing materials such as fly ash cenosphere should be used with caution,and a reasonable application interval should be set to avoid large fluctuations in the moisture content of lightweight aggregate concrete.
