摘要
通过24组不同配合比的混凝土试验,分别研究了轻骨料替代率、水灰比等对混合骨料混凝土劈裂抗拉强度、立方体抗压强度以及拉压比的影响.对比分析了轻骨料混凝土、普通混凝土与混合骨料混凝土劈拉强度与立方体抗压强度之间的关系.研究结果表明:混合骨料混凝土的劈拉强度随碎石所占比例的增加而基本成线性增大,拉压比也随之增加;当骨料替代率一定时,随着水灰比的增大,劈拉强度基本成线性减小.最后,在试验分析的基础上,提出了混合骨料混凝土劈拉强度与抗压强度关系的建议公式.
Through 24 groups of different composition concrete tests, the influence of light- weight aggregate substitution rate, water-cement ratio etc. on the mixed aggregate concrete splitting tensile strength, compressive strength, and ratio of tension to compression is studied. The splitting tensile strength and compressive strength of the lightweight aggregate concrete, common concrete and mixed aggregate concrete are compared and analyzed. The result shows that the splitting tensile strength and tension-compression ratio increase linearly with the increase of the amount of crushed stone, and when the aggregate substitution rate is constant, the splitting tensile strength decreases linearly as the water-cement ratio increases. Finally, on the basis of experiment and analysis, a formula describing the relationship between the splitting tensile strength and compressive strength of the mixed aggregate concrete is given.
