摘要
目的 探讨优质护理服务在乳腺癌患者手术室护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年10月至2021年2月收治的98例接受乳腺癌手术的患者进行研究,由两组组成,分别是常规护理的对照组、优质护理服务的研究组,护理效果比较分析。结果 研究组术毕、术后1 h的心率、舒张压、收缩压均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组术后白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平均优于对照组,P <0.05,统计学意义存在。护理后,两组HAMA、HAMD评分均明显降低,且研究组下降幅度更大(P <0.05)。研究组护理后,面对评分是(23.95±3.02)分,屈服评分是(7.28±1.45)分,回避评分是(11.08±1.87)分,均优于对照组,P <0.05。研究组护理后生活质量评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组护患纠纷率为0%、住院时间为(11.63±2.42)d,对照组护患纠纷率为8.16%、住院时间为(15.79±3.66)d,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 乳腺癌手术者应用优质护理服务干预的护理效果显著,不仅可缓解患者的负性情绪,缩短治疗时间,还可提高预防手术应激反应,改善生活质量,预防护患纠纷。
Objective To investigate the effect of high-quality nursing service in the nursing of breast cancer patients in the operating room.Methods From October 2018 to February 2021, 98 patients who underwent breast cancer surgery in our hospital were selected for research. They were grouped as follows: reference group(49 cases, routine care), study group(49 cases, high-quality nursing service). The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The heart rate, diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the study group at 1h were higher than those in the reference group, and the differences were significant(P<0.05). The postoperative interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) in the study group were better than the reference group, P<0.05. After care, the HAMA and HAMD scores were significantly lower in both groups, and the decrease was greater in the study group(P<0.05). After nursing in the study group, the face score was(23.95±3.02), yield score(7.28±1.45) and avoidance score(11.08±1.87), which were better than the reference group, P<0.05. The quality of life score in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The rate of nurse-patient disputes in the study group was 0%, the length of hospitalization was(11.63±2.42) d, and that in the control group was 8.16% and(15.79±3.66) d, which was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The quality nursing service intervention can not only relieve negative emotions, shorten treatment time, but also improve surgical stress response, improve quality of life and prevent disputes.
