摘要
目的探究手术室整体小组干预对乳腺癌手术患者不良心理状态及切口愈合的影响。方法选择2019年12月至2020年12月在我院接受手术治疗的80例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,根据患者意愿将其分为常规组和整体组,各40例。常规组开展常规干预,整体组在常规组的基础上进行手术室整体小组干预。比较两组的不良心理状态、切口愈合情况及护理满意度。结果干预前,两组的SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组的SAS、SDS评分均较干预前明显降低,且整体组低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。整体组的切口愈合情况明显优于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。整体组的护理满意度高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室整体小组干预能够显著减轻乳腺癌手术患者的不良心理状态,促进其切口愈合,提升护理满意度。
Objective To explore the influence of whole group intervention in operation room on adverse psychological state and incision healing of breast cancer surgery patients.Methods Eighty patients with breast cancer undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the objects and divided into routine group and whole group according to the wishes of the patients,with 40 cases in each group.The routine group carried out routine intervention,and the whole group carried out whole group intervention in operating room on the basis of the routine group.The adverse psychological state,incision healing and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention,those of the whole group were lower than the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incision healing of the whole group was significantly better than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the whole group was higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole group intervention in operation room can significantly reduce the adverse psychological state of breast cancer surgery patients,promote incision healing and improve nursing satisfaction.
