摘要
文中阐述了长玻纤增强聚丙烯材料的制造工艺,详细分析了长玻纤在制品中的增强原理以及引起玻纤断裂的因素,并对重均统计法和数均统计法进行了对比。结果表明:重均统计法更合适于玻纤的统计分析;要改善长玻纤增强聚丙烯材料在制造过程中玻纤的断裂程度,可以选材低熔体黏度聚丙烯基料改性的长玻纤增强聚丙烯材料,也可以通过调整注塑工艺降低聚丙烯的熔体黏度,但同时需要兼顾熔接线区域的力学性能。
The manufacturing process of long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene was described,the reinforcing principle of long fibert and the factors that cause fiber breakage in the part were analyzed in detail,and the length average statistical method and number average statistical method were compared.The results show that the length average statistical method is more suitable for fiber statistical analysis.Reduce the polypropylene's melt viscosity through low viscosity polypropylene material selection and molding process adjustment can improve the fracture degree of the glass fiber effectively,but it also needs to take into account the mechanical properties of the weld line area.
