摘要
目的探讨急诊科护士抗逆力的现状,并分析其影响因素。方法2021年7月-11月运用问卷星,采用一般资料调查表、医护人员抗逆力量表及管理关怀性量表对我省15所三级甲等医院急诊科350名护士进行调查。结果急诊科护士抗逆力总分(73.44±8.43)分;管理关怀总分(118.75±9.79)分。Pearson相关分析结果显示,抗逆力水平与管理关怀呈正相关(P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,影响急诊科护士抗逆力水平的主要因素有管理关怀水平、性别、护龄、学历、年龄(P<0.05)。结论急诊科护士抗逆力处于中等偏上水平,护理管理者应给予急诊科护士更多的人文关怀,提高急诊科护士的抗逆力水平。
Objective To understand the status quo of nurses'stress tolerance in emergency department and analyze its influencing factors.Methods From July to November 2021,350 nurses in the emergency department were surveyed using the General data questionnaire,the Medical staff stress tolerance Scale and the Management care Scale.Results The scores of medical staff's resilience and management care scale were(73.44±8.43)and(118.75±9.79),respectively.Pearson's analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between perceived management care and resilience(P<0.01).Multiple regression analysis showed that the main factors influencing the emergency department nurses'resilience were the level of perceived management care,gender,nursing age,education and age(P<0.05).Conclusions The emergency department nurses'stress tolerance is above medium level.Nursing managers should give more humanistic care to nurses in the emergency department,and clinical experience sharing,mindfulness decompression and other ways to improve the level of emergency nurses'resilience.
