摘要
利用2017年中国西部三省市老年人抽样调查数据,对西部地区城市老年人传染病防治素养状况及其影响因素进行实证研究。研究发现:西部地区城市老年人的传染病防治素养水平为10%,年龄低、受教育水平高、汉族、通过医疗专业人员和家属或亲戚获取健康信息的城市老年人更可能具备充足的传染病防治素养,通过互联网获取健康信息的城市老年人更可能具备不充足的传染病防治素养。深层次看,人际健康传播是促进城市老年人传染病防治素养提升的积极因素,互联网健康传播是抑制城市老年人传染病防治素养提升的消极因素,这可能与互联网上的用户信任度和健康信息质量有关。
This study examined the prevalence and predictors of infectious disease-specific health literacy among older urban adults in West China.812 participants from three provinces in west China were randomly chosen in a cross-sectional survey for older urban adults in 2017.This study indicated that the prevalence of infectious disease-specific health literacy was 10 % among older urban adults.The result of binary logistic regression analysis exhibited that urban respondents who obtained health information through healthcare practitioners and family members,those with lower age,higher education,and those with ethnicity of Han were more likely tohave adequate infectious disease-specific health literacy,whereas urban respondents who experienced source of Internet for accessing and obtaining health information,those with higher age,lower education,and those with ethnicity of minority were more likely to have inadequate infectious disease-specific health literacy.Furthermore,Interpersonal communication is a positive factor associated with infectious disease-specific health literacy,while Internet communication with lower quality of online health information was a negative indicator of infectious disease-specific health literacy.
