摘要
脑源性神经营养因子(Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor,BDNF)/酪氨酸激酶受体B(Tropomyosin Receptor Kinase B,TrkB)信号通路是人体内重要的细胞信号通路。它参与细胞的存活和分化、突触可塑性和神经再生等重要的活动。卒中后认知功能障碍(Post-stroke Cognitive Impairment,PSCI)的恢复在很大程度上受到这类通路的调节。文章对BDNF对PSCI的治疗及其相关通路进行综述,旨在为PSCI的靶向治疗提供理论依据和新的方法。
Brain derived neurotrophic factor/Tropomyosin receptor kinase B pathways are greatly important cellar signal pathways in human beings.These pathways were involved in many essentially cellar activities,such as cellar survival and differentiation,synaptic plasticity and neurogenesis.The recovery of post-stroke cognitive impairment is regulated by these pathways to a large extent.This paper reviews the effect of BDNF on post-stroke cognitive impairment and related pathways,aiming at providing basic theory and new methods for target therapy of PSCI.
