摘要
目的:探讨针刺辅助经颅磁刺激仪治疗脑卒中伴认知障碍的疗效。方法:选择2017年2月~2018年12月66例脑卒中伴认知障碍患者,随机分为两组各33例,对照组接受辅助经颅磁刺激仪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采取针刺治疗。治疗前后采用MoCA量表评分系统和MMSE量表评分系统对患者进行评估,并检测血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平。结果:两组治疗后的MoCA评分和MMSE评分均明显提高,而观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的血清BDNF、NSE水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中伴认知障碍采用针刺辅助经颅磁刺激仪治疗,可显著改善认知功能,并提高血清BDNF、NSE水平。
Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture-assisted transcranial magnetic stimulator in the treatment of stroke with cognitive impairment.Methods:From February 2017 to December 2018,66 patients with stroke and cognitive impairment were randomly divided into two groups of 33 patients each.The control group received auxiliary transcranial magnetic stimulator treatment,and the research group took on the basis of the control group.Acupuncture treatment.Before and after treatment,patients were assessed using the MoCA scale scoring system and the MMSE scale scoring system,and serum levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and neuron-specific enolase(NSE)were detected.Results:The MoCA score and MMSE score of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment,while the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum BDNF and NSE after treatment in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture-assisted transcranial magnetic stimulator treatment of stroke with cognitive impairment can significantly improve cognitive function and increase serum BDNF and NSE levels.
